To show you suitable profiles and give match suggestions
To carry out phone verification, profile review and photo approval
For membership activation, payment verification and support
To detect and prevent fake profiles, misuse and suspicious activity

3. Profile privacy and contact access

At Nammude Matrimony, user privacy comes first. We handle profile details, photos and phone numbers securely.

Contact details are not shown openly to everyone. Only verified users with a membership get contact access. Profile information may be used only for marriage-related purposes.

4. Photo privacy

Profile photos are displayed on the platform only after they pass the approval process. The app and website use safety features, such as screenshot protection, to prevent photos from being copied or captured in screenshots.

However, no internet-based platform can guarantee 100% prevention of misuse. So if you notice photo misuse, screenshot misuse, a fake profile or any other wrong use, please report it immediately.

5. Payment privacy

Online payments are processed through a secure payment gateway such as Razorpay. Nammude Matrimony does not directly store sensitive payment details such as card numbers, UPI PINs or net banking passwords.

If you pay through Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or bank transfer, you must send the payment screenshot to our support team. We use that information only for payment verification and membership activation.

6. Information sharing

Nammude Matrimony will not sell your personal data or share it with third parties without need.

However, we may have to share information in the following situations:

With payment processing and technical service providers
When required by law or requested by a government authority
For fraud prevention and misuse investigations
To protect user safety

7. Fake profile and misuse control

Nammude Matrimony takes fake profiles, wrong information, photo misuse, contact misuse, rude behaviour and suspicious activity seriously.

When we receive a report, our support team will check the profile and take the necessary action. If needed, the profile may be suspended, blocked or removed.

8. User responsibility

The profile information users provide must be correct and up to date. Users must not use another person’s photo, contact details, identity or documents without their permission.

Before finalising a marriage proposal, users and their families must verify the family background, documents, job, financial details and personal details themselves.

9. Data security

We use reasonable technical and operational safety measures to keep user data secure. Processes such as OTP login, profile verification, manual review and photo approval add to this security.

10. Data update and deletion requests

You can contact our support team to update or delete your profile information. We may need to keep some records for a specific period for membership, legal, payment or fraud-prevention purposes.

11. Children’s privacy

Nammude Matrimony is a marriage-search service. People under 18 years of age are not allowed to use this platform.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Nammude Matrimony LLP reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time as needed. If the policy changes, we will publish the updated version on the website and app. We recommend that users check the latest Privacy Policy regularly.
