Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Nammude Matrimony LLP website, mobile app, WhatsApp support or payment services. By registering on Nammude Matrimony or taking a membership, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. Service Description

Nammude Matrimony LLP is an online matrimony platform that helps Malayali families in Kerala and the Gulf countries look for marriage alliances.

On this platform, users can create a profile, browse suitable profiles, view contact details after activating a membership plan, and use the messaging and live chat features.

Nammude Matrimony is not a service that guarantees marriage. It is only a platform that helps users find and contact suitable profiles.

2. Eligibility

To use Nammude Matrimony, you must have reached the legal age for marriage.

People under 18 years of age are not allowed to use this platform. All details you give, such as age, marital status, religion, caste, education, job and family details, must be true.

3. Registration and Profile Information

The information you give at registration must be true and up to date.

You may not use false information, another person's photo, a fake identity, a duplicate profile or misleading details.

The company has the right to verify a profile, ask you to edit it, reject it, or suspend or remove it.

4. Verification Process

Nammude Matrimony runs a verification process for user safety and profile quality.

The verification process may include:

  • Phone verification
  • Manual review of the profile
  • Photo approval
  • Special checks on suspicious profiles

Even with this verification process, the user and their family must check the other person's background, job, education, financial status and family details themselves before finalising a marriage.

5. Women Registration

Registration on Nammude Matrimony is free for women.

After a woman registers, men may call or send enquiries about her profile. However, if a woman wants to choose, view and contact men's profiles herself, she must activate the current membership plan.

6. Membership Plan

The current paid membership plan of Nammude Matrimony:

Premium Membership — ₹2,499 / 180 Days

Membership features:

  • Messaging and live chat
  • Kerala and Gulf access
  • Instant activation
  • Secure payment via Razorpay

When the membership period ends, you must renew your membership to keep using the paid features.

7. Payment Terms

You can pay for membership using any of these options:

  • Online payment: Razorpay secure payment gateway

If you pay by Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or bank transfer, you must send a screenshot of the payment to the support team on WhatsApp. Your membership will be activated after the payment is verified.

8. Membership Activation

When a Razorpay payment is successful, your membership is activated immediately.

For manual payments, bank transfers or UPI payments, your membership is activated after the screenshot is verified.

If you have any problem with a payment, contact the support team immediately.

9. Refund and Renewal Terms

The membership fee is generally non-refundable.

Once you have paid and your membership is activated, cancellation or refund is generally not allowed. The following are not valid reasons for a refund: you did not get a match, a proposal was not finalised, profiles you contacted did not respond, or you did not use the service.

In special cases, such as a duplicate payment, a technical error, or a successful payment where the membership was not activated, the support team will look into it and then take appropriate action on a refund, adjustment or activation.

The membership is treated as a one-time, fixed-term plan. There is no automatic renewal or automatic deduction without your permission.

10. Contact Access and Usage

Only verified users with a membership get contact access.

Contact details must be used only for marriage-related communication. Unwanted calls, rude behaviour, harassment, business promotion, spam, fraud attempts and demands for money are not allowed.

If misuse of contact details is found, the account may be suspended, blocked or removed.

11. Photo Privacy and Profile Safety

Nammude Matrimony gives priority to user privacy. Profile photos are displayed only after they pass the approval process.

We use safety features such as screenshot protection to stop photos from being copied or captured. However, because this is an internet-based platform, if you suspect any misuse, report it immediately.

12. User Responsibilities

You must follow these rules:

  • Give only true profile details.
  • Do not use another person's photo, identity or contact details.
  • Do not create a fake profile.
  • Do not insult or threaten other users.
  • Before finalising a marriage proposal, check the family background, job, education, documents and financial details yourself.
  • Do not submit false payment screenshots or transaction details.

13. Report Misuse

If you see a fake profile, wrong information, suspicious activity, photo misuse, phone number misuse, rude behaviour, a demand for money or a fraud attempt, report it immediately.

When a report is received, the support team will look into it and take the necessary action.

14. Account Suspension or Removal

The company has the right to issue a warning, suspend an account temporarily, block it permanently or remove the profile in any of these cases:

  • Fake information
  • Duplicate profile
  • Photo misuse
  • Contact misuse
  • Fraud attempt
  • Demand for money
  • Rude behaviour or harassment
  • Payment misuse
  • Violation of these terms

If an account is blocked or suspended, the membership fee will not be refunded.

15. Communication Consent

By registering on Nammude Matrimony, you agree to receive support calls, WhatsApp messages, SMS, email notifications, payment updates, membership updates and other profile-related communication.

16. Limitation of Service

Nammude Matrimony is only a platform that helps you find and contact suitable profiles.

The company does not guarantee a marriage alliance, that a proposal will be finalised, any user's background, any response, or the success of any marriage.

Every marriage decision is the sole responsibility of the user and their family.

17. Privacy Policy

User data, profile details, photos, phone numbers and payment details are handled according to the Nammude Matrimony Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Nammude Matrimony LLP reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions when needed.

If the terms change, the updated version will be published on the website and app. We recommend that you check the latest terms from time to time.
