Nammude Matrimony LLP gives great importance to user safety and privacy. If you notice a fake profile, wrong information, photo misuse, contact misuse, rude behaviour or suspicious activity, please tell our support team right away.

What you can report

Fake profile / duplicate profile
Wrong name, age, job, marital status or family details
A profile that uses someone else's photo
Photo misuse / contact number misuse
Unwanted calls, messages or rude behaviour
Demands for money / fraud attempts
Suspicious activity
False promises about marriage
Misuse of profile information

How to report

The profile name or profile ID you are reporting, if you have it
A short description of the issue
Screenshots or other proof, if you have any
Your registered mobile number
A phone number we can contact you on

What we do

When we receive a report, the Nammude Matrimony support team will check the profile. If needed, we will contact the user and ask for more details. If misuse, fake information or suspicious activity is confirmed, we will take action such as a profile warning, temporary suspension, permanent blocking or removal of the profile.

Important Note

Nammude Matrimony tries to provide verified profiles. Even so, before you finalise a marriage proposal, you or your family must check the family background, job, documents, financial details and personal details yourselves.

Making a false report, misusing the report option to defame someone, or making a wrong complaint is not allowed. If we find such misuse, the company will take the necessary action.
